Thor Stadil, Chairman of the Board of THORNICO, has received the Jiangsu Friendship Award from the Jiangsu Provincial Government in China.
The award is the highest honour granted by the province to foreign experts who have made outstanding contributions to economic development, collaboration, and cultural exchange. The certificate highlights Thor’s “enthusiastic support” and “extraordinary contribution” to strengthening cooperation, reflecting THORNICO’s long-standing engagement in international partnerships.
Established in 1997, the Jiangsu Friendship Award is presented annually to a select group of international leaders, researchers, and business figures who have contributed to the region’s growth and innovation. It forms part of a broader tradition of recognising international partners who support development and collaboration.
