New tenants at the THORNICO Building in Rotterdam
These days Zorg van de Zaak, the leading Dutch Group of companies in health and safety service, re-integration, addiction treatment etc., is moving into the THORNICO building in Rotterdam, Holland.
Big news from the THORNICO Building
Earlier this week, Zorg van de Zaak, the leading Dutch Group of companies in health and safety service, re-integration, addiction treatment, moved into the THORNICO building in Rotterdam after a massive redecoration of their new office space. Zorg van de Zaak and WEST-STAR, a part of our real estate business in STANICO, has entered a long-term lease agreement renting approx. 1,400 m2.
More tenants to the THORNICO Building
On top of this great news, we are happy to inform you that STANICO has recently entered an even bigger lease agreement with the company YOURCE Nederland. In two phases, partly commencing May 2021 and May 2022, they will rent approx. 3,400 m2 on the 1st floor of the THORNICO Building for six years.
Increasing occupation rate from 60% to 80%
Together with the leases entered in 2020 and with both Zorg van de Zaak and YOURCE, the occupation rate in the THORNICO Building has went up from approx. 60% in early 2020 to above 80%. This, in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, can be considered a top-notch achievement and shows how competitive the huge building in Rotterdam stands out in today's uncertain market.
