hummel wins the annual SUSTAINABLE BRAND INDEX
For the third year in a row, hummel has been announced as Denmark’s most sustainable clothing brand in the annual SUSTAINABLE BRAND INDEX!
Being the winner of this category means that the Danish consumers value hummel as the most environmentally and socially responsible brand within the industry.
”As a dedicated sports brand, we know it requires a solid team effort to run a sustainable business, and it’s amazing to see that our increased focus on sustainability has once again been noticed by our consumers. We are ready to take even more responsibility for our impact on the planet, and this has definitely whetted our appetite to keep fighting for a more sustainable future,” - Allan Vad Nielsen, CEO, hummel.
At the end of April, hummel is planning to launch a new and updated sustainable strategy to reduce the use of chemicals, pesticides, and virgin plastics in products and packaging. At the same time, hummel will reduce its CO2 emissions and continuously work towards the use of more sustainable materials.
