MyKarma Project Winner 2022

Having colleagues who take our Company Karma philosophy to heart, make a difference and take action around the world, is incredibly inspiring.

MyKarma Project Winner 2022

Along with the yearly THORNICO Award celebration, we also crown a winner of our MyKarma Project Award. A MyKarma Project can be big or small, and everything in between. It can involve one person or thousands of people, a local community or maybe even the planet. It is about doing something good and extending our Company Karma philosophy after working hours. Therefore, we are very thrilled to reveal the MyKarma Project winner 2022:

‘YOU CAN’ – by Denisa Rodríguez, Spare Parts Sales Assistant at SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP.

Denisa is a volunteer at the ‘YOU CAN’ project - an inclusion program in a community centre in Patagonia, Argentina, for children and adolescents with different needs. Every Saturday, she carries out activities with the children; playing games, drawing and painting, reading stories etc. The objective is to generate a containment space where children and young people can express themselves and find their place of belonging.

I would be thrilled knowing that we could have an area where they could keep warm, play, study, and have a snack despite the weather conditions. It is freezing in winter, and it would be good if they could have this area closed.

As seen in the pictures above, Denisa got celebrated at the THORNICO Event in Odense, Denmark – and was awarded with great gifts and a grand check of DKK 25,000 for her inspiring project. Hopefully, it can help arrange even more activities for the children in the future, including building a space to shelter the children and their families from the cold and rain.

Congratulations! We wish Denisa and her MyKarma Project all the best. And we are looking forward to following her great and inspiring work.
