THORNICO Event 2024

On June 14, 2024, we had a THORNICO Event at the enchanting castle garden at the newly acquired Harridslevgaard Castle on Funen in Denmark. We released the spirit of LE NON MOI and welcomed our colleagues in beautiful surroundings with drinks, delicious street food, LIVE MUSIC, and a festival vibe.

We started the evening with a glass of Stadil et Stadil, LE NON MOI bubbles, and the festivities launched away from that point on. Our CEO and Owner, Christian Stadil gave a welcoming speech and touched base on the news from the THORNICO conglomerate and results and projections across the group.

From there, mentor and breathing expert Jacob Lund guided us through a breathing and meditation exercise to create an experience of the body, mind, and soul and to initiate a positive state of mind for the evening.

A Myselfie photo booth helped us capture some memorable moments during the evening, the Karma Field was full of garden games such as Cornhole, Croquet, Latter Golf and much more, and throughout the night the talented artists from Iron & Ink provided free tattoo sessions.

Live music from the open sky stage

We enjoyed live music from the open sky stage in the garden throughout the evening. We let our hips go loose to the loungy tunes of Peter Stenbæk & Band, followed by Latin pop artist Kamill & DJ and the icon of Funen, Harske Hubbi, who rocked the stage with all the happy hits from the 80s. As the festival turned blue and pink and the sun went down on the horizon, Barcode Brothers gave an upbeat, pop trance show, followed by the internationally known band Infernal, who lit the garden on fire. All the artists were perfectly presented by our conferencier Rasmus Skovmand.

We finished the event off with dancing, cocktails and lots of confetti, to the sound of DJ Thunder Power featuring a surprise act by the Danish rapper Tessa.

Guided tours at the castle

Harridslevgaard Castle is said to be one of Denmark's most haunted castles and during the evening, our colleagues had the opportunity to experience the castle from the inside when guide and history experts Ulla Elisabeth Lunau and Anne Sofie Petersen offered guided tours around the enchanting surroundings. The tour through the whispers of history was spiced up with stories dating back to the Viking Age, where both the knight's hall and dungeon were actively used.

Street food & drinks all night

We offered a selection of delicious street food from various food trucks on site: burgers from The Burgery, pizza slices from GORMS, and exotic Thai dishes from Thai Hot Chili. For dessert, ISTID came by and made delicious nitrogen ice cream - yummy!
During the evening, we enjoyed champagne LE NON NOI, draft beer, Liquid Death soft drinks, and cocktails from Nordlund.

As per tradition, we also had THORNICO Karma goodie bags, with our limited edition THORNICO Event t-shirt, designed with inspiration from our Harridslevgaard Castle theme.

Last but not least, his year's THORNICO Event was also captured on camera by our skilled photographers from Flig.collective, who perpetuated moments from our event in video and pictures.
